What an ending to a great day! It was a huge wind and rain storm
It was unbelievable!! The wind was so strong it actually moved our bunhouse over about 10 inches..... we have never experienced anything like it before. I must say it was quite interesting... we were very glad to be inside when it happened or we are not sure what would have happened to the bunkhouse.
The issue is we are camping on pavement, not grass, so there is no way to anchor the bunkhouse like we normally do.
Otherwise, we had a great day...it was only HOT!! We rode all interstate here.
Oak Mountain Campground is beautiful.. it is 10,000 acres.. golf course, riding stables, fishing.....and and on...
Don't you love it...we're sleeping with the TIGERS!!! more later...
